CATEGORIES OF CHURCHES

Three Categories Of Churches
         People are at different stages of development. At a particular stage, what is best for one person may not be best for another person, For one person, what is best today, may not be best tomorrow, and that is why people change church.

  1. The Ignorant Churches

  2.          They are usually:
    1. Teaching about sin, sin and sin.
    2. They are noisy and boastful.
    3. They do not believe in prophecy, vision, dreams, etc.
    4. They worship images, gods, saints and planetary bodies.
    5. They are always talking of mystery, whereas they are called to seek and know the Truth. Jesus said, “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.”
    6. They do not believe in the manifest work of the Holy Spirit, like healing, deliverance, anointing, speaking in tongues, etc.

  3. The Spiritual and Prophetic Churches

  4.          They believe in and practice:
    1. Prophecy, visions, dreams, etc.
    2. That Spirit from God can posses and use somebody.
    3. They are easily assisted by Angels and saints to make steady progress in life and in spirit.
    4. In every matter, they first consult God, before taking decision or action.

  5. The Golden Churches

  6.          They worship God in spirit and in truth. They:
    1. Know the Truth, about God and Life in details.
    2. They may be among the silent few, unless empowered by the Holy Spirit to teach.
    3. They point out errors, give corrections and teach more.
    4. They explain the Truth in details, even giving extra teachings.
    5. They worship only God Almighty.
    6. They know that it is possible to see God or visit the kingdom of Heaven.
    7. They engage in selfless service, Examples are Jesus Christ, etc.
    8. They do not claim doership because they know that all good works are performed by the forces of nature, by the Holy Spirit.
    9. They always lay emphasis on the need for life in spirit and in truth.
    10. They may not be a church or religion.
